Cata plana (or however you spell it). That risotto-y thing that comes in a big folding pan.

You can take a tram or train to the Santo Amaro docks, which is now a marina with quite a large parade of bars/restaurants and easy access to the jeronimos monastery and belem tower (nearby is the most famous place for "pasteis de belem" (portuguese custard tarts))
