Getting back to the tax on cars and CO2 stuff - a report on the budget plans in the Sunday Times repeated that tired old line "encourage less polluting cars like the Toyota Prius"
Most of the CO2 emissions from any car come from it's manufacture.
What the flip are they going to do in a few years time when the battery packs on these things are dying? A lot of very nasty heavy metals - even allowing for recycling, a lot of CO2 involved in either keeping your pious on the road or disposing of it safely.Comment
