I had to vote for b (and c obviously) but couldn't bring myself to tick a aswell.

As with all people who live in the UK's inner cities, they tend to forget about the nicer parts of the country. You know, the ones by the sea.

Are those the bargain BTL in Manchester that DP keeps advising me to fill my boots with?

Cool - the first one is about 2 mins from my place

some of them are flats but most are the RBS and the new court

Glad you excluded Scotlans from the northern "rubbish".

And no...I don't believe Manchester and the north are rubbish.
                  It's Deja-vu all over again!

All that is wrong with some in the south east and London can be summed up by describing SASguru's personality

vain, brash, conceited, arrogant, obnoxious, nouveaux riche, with an over inflated self opinion.

modest can only be used to describe your houses sorry I meant bedsits

                    You're not all bad though
The court heard Darren Upton had written a letter to Judge Sally Cahill QC saying he wasn’t “a typical inmate of prison”.

But the judge said: “That simply demonstrates your arrogance continues. You are typical. Inmates of prison are people who are dishonest. You are a thoroughly dishonestly man motivated by your own selfish greed.”
