Just bought a falafel sandwich, asked if that was hot or cold and told they could toast it for me. to which I agreed.
Then got charged, and there was an increase - I asked what for and they told me for having it toasted.
The cost of having a sandwich toasted (All of 45 secs), 60p. WTF!?!?!
