I spent 40 mins on a train this morning sitting opposite a stinking cyclist who obviously doesn't bother having a shower until he gets to the office. If this continues I might have to move carriages.

Travel first class, Far more civilised.

Pointless meetings that waste hours of my life, and that only serve to act as a surrogate social life for the dullards who called them.

I used to be annoyed by this too. Then I realised that although my body can be there my mind is free to wander and dream of pleasant pastures etc....and I get paid for it too, which enhances the pleasure.

The annoying woman who wears cheap headphones, who eats hard-boiled eggs for breakfast EVERY SINGLE WEEKDAY MORNING on my packed commuter train. The stench is unbelievable. She cares not for the nasal carnage.

Funny you should say that, I found myself getting quite cross and downhearted at the thought of a four hour meeting, the other day, until I decided to just think of it as an "afternoon off". I then found I was almost happy about it.
