Help.

I recently discovered that I have an unsightly SKA on my @rse. Do I get plastic sugery, or do I just live with the social consequences ?
One complication is that I find it difficult to distinguish between the ring-piece and the SKA itself.

If I do get sugery, how much does it cost ?
