Possibly, as long as "B" is not moving away from you at anything but glacier speed.
Really, if this is the level of performance you are aiming at the best thing might just be to steal a shopping trolley.

UK motorways have a way of equalising all cars. On the M40 the other day in the missus Aygo, I was going as fast as the Mercs and Audis i.e. 85 mph (at least downhill). Plus I was having much more fun battling the side winds
