Me also, just signed a new contract on the highest rate ever...

Seems to me the whole chaos that is the financial market right now is caused by the same people who are asking you to take a rate cut.

Poor darlings, no DB9 this year...

Don't be daft they want Milan to take the cut so they still get the DB9

Was sat in an R8 last week, £93K though... very tempted. What a car...

Was in a posistion to put £k'sss down yet would still need to borrow, amazing the number of lenders q'ing at my feet... was offered 35K at 4%.

In the end I removed temptation and transferred the excess into the mortgage.

Has the credit crunch happened yet?

There seems to be an influx of newbies on here recently, all with contracts or well on their way to landing one.

So either the slowdown is all smoke and mirrors, or they're redundant permies trying their luck with the big boys, and may have beaten some of us to the slim pickings out there.
