Yeah, tax the ticket, not the winnings...Originally posted by AtW View PostNope. Even if it's millions - very good tax policy of the Govt, innit?
More tax earned from ticket sales than from winnings anyway.

I did some work for camelot in 2000. I went to every one of their regional offices. The pictures of winners hung on the office walls made me soooo jealous.
Then again I bet some of chavs have blown every single penny.
Forgot to add, I'd move house again, go see more of the world and spend whats left on hookers.Last edited by miffy; 8 February 2008, 14:02.Eat Right, Exercise, Die Anyway.Comment

Smile!
He doesn't smile, they do! Branson is the biggest tWAt of all! He pretends to be the great benefactor while all along he's out for himself ripping everyone off. Look at Virgin trains, Virgin mobile etc and Northern Rock. Stelios is less eloquent, but a really nice guy if anyone has ever met him (very shy too, in real life).Originally posted by SueEllen View PostThat's the difference between the Murdochs and Branson/Stellios.Comment
