Also can't help feeling that anyone working for the Gov't may be safe from IR35. Never heard of anyone caught or even threatened that worked in the public sector.Comment

Indeed - I take significantly more out of the public purse than I put inOriginally posted by ratewhore View PostI assume you're talking in general terms now about the public sector. From a contractors point of view, the money is good and the work is reasonably interesting.
And of course there is always the argument of contributing to the greater good rather than some corporates bottom line (apart from your own Ltd obviously!)...
