15k is a hell of a lot closer than 50k!

For 'only' 15k extra not sure I could be bothered with all the hassle involved in working elsewhere then home.

Morgan Stanley made a few people redundent yesterday in IT as well, they also let a few go on the comp day. Also I know UBS, JPM and Credit Suis have mad people redundent. Luckly my current gig is setting up a decent exposure management app something I think alot of bankings will want to now be doing.

I just heard that today they have given notice to all contractors in fixed income IT at Morgan Stanley, lots of permy redundencies as well already put at risk.
