SUGGESTION:

1) Look behind the sofa and gather up any loose change you find for a bus fare.

2) Take the bus from your sink estate to the nearest town (a town is a big place where lots of people live and work).

3) Locate a tall building. This could be a council dole office or a hospital - I'm sure you're familiar with them.

4) Use the lift or stairs to get to the top of the building.

5) Jump off - be careful not to land on any gawping bystanders.
