Try searching for a couple of other recent threads called "Contracting in Denmark" or somesuch. You will find much useful information already therein.

Hmm..reading through some posts, seems I should avoid cycling at all costs, avoid going out alone for fear of being accosted by drunken Danes....much like home from home then.
