The number of responses to this guy's wind-up posts is very surprising.

Chuck it in a high savings account and wait for them to ask for it back.Originally posted by Wilmslow View PostI left my permie job 3 months ago - they are STILL paying me!
Opinions on what to do most welcome.....
I was a contractor, then went permie to a good, large interesting role 10 minutes walk from home for a GCHQ project, although, as he project did not get off the ground they wanted me to go to Leeds daily, hence I left.
The extra money is nice, but, can they insist on having it back??
DO NOT SPEND IT!!!Comment

Ahh the Swingline stapler... but didn't Milton continue to turn up despite not being paid?Originally posted by Spacecadet View Postyour name is Milton and I win a staplerScience isn't about why, it's about why not. You ask: why is so much of our science dangerous? I say: why not marry safe science if you love it so much. In fact, why not invent a special safety door that won't hit you in the butt on the way out, because you are fired. - Cave JohnsonComment
