Hard to get into if you don't have a name in the industry. It's basically run by about 4 or 5 big names who've spent years developing their contacts. So very difficult.

In one sense, yes. But successive generations of wealth will eventually produce offspring with some class. I think.

Very true - although my family spent a lot of money sending me to a public school we don't come from a posh or rich background but between my mum, stepfather and father they put me through a school system that has turned me out 'posh' but I don't have a posh background or lots of wealth in the family (yet).
