Whats wrong with carp?Science isn't about why, it's about why not. You ask: why is so much of our science dangerous? I say: why not marry safe science if you love it so much. In fact, why not invent a special safety door that won't hit you in the butt on the way out, because you are fired. - Cave Johnson -
Ahem....I know I always lower the tone, and I do apologise for that.....but does anyone else find that when they eat chip shop fish their, erm, private areas smell of it?Originally posted by tay View PostIf I were you I would worry less about the chip condiments and more about getting fish that isnt carp and taste like cardboard. Its an absoulte disgrace.
I eat salmon all the time, and trout, and nice fresh tuna steak etc and I'm fine. But one bit of battered cod...
Not sexy.

You have to go to a restaurant to get fish that tastes like fish.... something wrong with that. In New Zealand the fish in the fish and chip shops tastes like fish.... and its cooked to order.

Chinese chippies are FTW!Originally posted by TonyEnglish View PostChippy gravy is horrible. In the village I live in we only hive a Chinese chippy. So when I get fish and chips I get a pot of their curry sauce which I drink while I'm eating my fish and chips."Is someone you don't like allowed to say something you don't like?
