If your EUL is easy and straight forward, and you understand how the underlying data is related to each other...then it's a doddle. It's all draggy-droppy.

I might do - there are no seeded Business Views for the bit that I'm doing, so all I'm doing at the moment is writing the SQL and then I can throw it at someone else to put it into folders etc.

Needs to be done for UAT on Monday - with me still to write MD50, MD70, MD120, TE20 and the code. Requirements were only defined on Monday, though.

It's all CRM based stuff - service requests by team and agent; call wraps per team; call wraps leading to service requests...
