        David Beckam earns 100k a week not a year.

        Warning Noddy calculation follows:

        Say your average contractor earns 100k per anumn, expenses 10k, wages 10k, corp tax 10k, PAYE 5k, 65 net profit. 10 years= circa 500k if you live like a miser, prob 300 ish, plus interest if you don't, add on average house price inflation of main residence, probably 150k of (profit) equity over the same period . so 300-400 seems reasonable for someone under 10 years


        Of course BTL paper millionaires etc are excluded zzzzz
