Anyway, in the future people will look back at the 'value' of personalised number plates the same way as we look at the value of coloured beads to primitive tribes.

      Best I've seen is M8NEY.
Had the colored bolt in the middle of the 8.

You must not alter, rearrange or misrepresent the letters or numbers
Characters must not be moved from one group to the other (e.g. A242 ABC must not be displayed as A242A BC).
Offences may result in any or all of the following:

A fine of up to £1,000
The registration mark may be WITHDRAWN
The vehicle may FAIL the MOT test
The court heard Darren Upton had written a letter to Judge Sally Cahill QC saying he wasn’t “a typical inmate of prison”.

But the judge said: “That simply demonstrates your arrogance continues. You are typical. Inmates of prison are people who are dishonest. You are a thoroughly dishonestly man motivated by your own selfish greed.”

Half the chavs round here have some sort of weird font, funny colours and purple strip lights under the cars and plod only pulls the Mondeo drivers for minor speeding offences.

The police have learned over time that handing out fines to benefit claiming low lives is an ultimately futile exercise.

I user to see that fairly regularly when I worked in Maidenhead (about 12 years ago), it was on a Saab, IIRC.

I used to live near 4 KOF, and 4 COF would come and visit. And no I'm not making that up.

I knew somebody who had TOX1C, which he bought for about £6K and put it on a car worth about the same. I and others laughed at him, but 2 years later he sold it for £15K - perhaps not such a dumb thing to do after all.
Will work inside IR35. Or for food.
