Yep. I think overall Blair will be happy that it will be Brown who will suffer over next 2 years only to lose next elections. So forever in history Brown will be remembered as the guy who chickened out of elections that he could have won with small majority, to only lose in 2 years, fitting end IMO.Originally posted by Troll View Postso Blair’s exit timing was impeccable..

I have a feeling he will resign to be replaced by someone more media savyThe court heard Darren Upton had written a letter to Judge Sally Cahill QC saying he wasn’t “a typical inmate of prison”.
But the judge said: “That simply demonstrates your arrogance continues. You are typical. Inmates of prison are people who are dishonest. You are a thoroughly dishonestly man motivated by your own selfish greed.”Comment

I'd like to reassure everyone
I'd like to make it quite clear, for those in any doubt, Britain is thriving, there is no "credit crunch", EDS do not make bad software and we are winning the War on Terror. If you've got a problem and no one else can help, and if you can find him, maybe you can hire...Gordon Brown ...( cue music )Comment
