Is the HDMI output on the elite any better quality than the component?"See, you think I give a tulip. Wrong. In fact, while you talk, I'm thinking; How can I give less of a tulip? That's why I look interested." -

Laptopsdirect are getting them in stock next week, according to their website.Originally posted by sasguru View PostASUS EEE PC701.
This is selling faster than the I-phone or the game consoles. Brilliant present for the old folks I was thinking and might even get one myself for commuting.
Can't get one for love nor money, though, they're all sold out
Mine is on order.
Can't really see old folks wanting a 7" screen, though.Comment

I hate all "gadgets".
Pathetic toys for sad geeks to dribble over, made in some crummy Chinese factory, that will be tossed into a drawer in 3 months time when you realise what a pile of pointless cack it is.
Go out and meet real people. Take up a sport, join a club, climb a mountain, ride a bike, hire a boat, get down the pub etc.Comment
