It looks nice. I don't understand the relevence of "The owner, having travelled extensively, has endeavoured to provide a high level of comfort for all guests" in the sales pitch though.

She was an Air Hostess I believe. She really is a nice lady and my intention was to pass on my experiences at the guest house as a recommendation to other contractors who may be working in that area and are looking for a comfortable place for either short or long term...

Rule Number 1 - Assuming that you have a valid contract in place always try to get your poo onto your timesheet, provided that the timesheet is valid for your current contract and covers the period of time that you are billing for.
