Anyway seriously, it is not a typical rent at all - look at sites of real estate people, almost everything below £1k. Some idiots might try to PUT ON MARKET house at such stupid rent, so what? There are people who buy houses for X and put them up on market for X+20% just in hope someone retarded will buy it.Comment

People who buy 750,000 houses are not average buyers.
They are therefore, not average renters either.
There ARE people who rent this sort of property, just because you and I don't, doesn't mean that such a rent is unobtainable.
