I'm meeting mine for lunch week after next. Start new contract on Monday, so she's treating me to lunch after a week to check I'm settling in OK...

I've met mine on numerous occasions, and she also always stands for lunch at a decent restaurant (as in £50 per head decent).
And before you ask, cos I know you're going to, yes she has reasonably large norks...Comment

Insist on lunch at least once per contract, all afternoon..."See, you think I give a tulip. Wrong. In fact, while you talk, I'm thinking; How can I give less of a tulip? That's why I look interested."Comment

Mine sounded quite mature on the phone but when I met him in the boozer looked about 12, I was almost at the point of asking him if he wanted a coke or an orange rather than a pint. Some people are like slinkys, totally pointless but the thought of pushing them down a flight of stairs never fails to put a smile on your face.Comment

Met mine a few times, small sexy Thai woman (except I can't actually say here first name!) Not a bag agency, pay on time, got invited to their BBQ in summer and they put on a Christmas do for us in a nice place in Stuttgart.“Brexit is having a wee in the middle of the room at a house party because nobody is talking to you, and then complaining about the smell.”Comment

I've met a couple of mine (not current one though - yet).
They usually buy (coffee, pint, lunch) - I've even had a bottle of Krug off one of them.
hmmmmm - That's still in the wine rackSi posse, recte, si non, quocumque modo remComment

Meeting mine today for coffee - not enough time for lunch unfortunately.
Sounds v. posh on the phone and has an improbable double-barrelled name.Comment
