There is a massive difference between lifting weights and playing rugby or carrying a 70kg pack for 20 miles most weekends. No disrespect but bodybuilding isn't a fitness regime, it's body sculpture. -
how can anyone be without fat?? if you have no fat then you can't stay alive mate... go read up on anatomy and physiology...Originally posted by Charles Foster Kane View PostIf you really are 6'8 that's not really heavy at all. I am 6'0 and was over 16 stone of solid muscle when I used to weight lift more seriously. Currently over 15 stone, with no fat.
Say I have low body fat percentage (BF%), but no fat and is a bit of a fibComment

True, but I do a good few miles of running, rowing etc. every session too. Without aerobic ability you can't lift weights too well.Originally posted by Churchill View PostThere is a massive difference between lifting weights and playing rugby or carrying a 70kg pack for 20 miles most weekends. The oaths that just lift weights and do no aerobic work are wasting their time, they will die if they have to run for the bus.Comment
