I had to go new fangled the last time work was thin on the ground. The one I really wish I'd surfed is the BW wave, I had a chance and was too lazy, boring tedious repetitive stuff once you've got the hang of it, perfect !Originally posted by milanbenes View Posthe he
yep it sure is exciting and I can see why you old dinosaurs avoid it like the plague
but someone has to do it eh
I'd rather do this than flippin refreshes

very good Franko, I knew you'd be straight in there when you saw this thread,
let me give you something to think about...
by taking a few days off, I have been able to enjoy the fruits of my tape changing
and nice fruits they are too
and I'd like to have more time enjoying these fruits but these fruits don't come without a price and that price is changing tapes
I have to admit though, I would rather have these fruits and less time to enjoy them than be like yourself and have no fruit

I find when I’m in the same frame of mind as you its good to use the old carrot and stick routine. Set up something nice for yourself: gadget you’ve wanted to buy, book ski hols, weekend away etc.
Thant way you have something to focus on and the days seem to go by much faster."Wait, I still function!"Comment

thanks Tony,
I promise you I have loads to focus on, too much in fact.
There is nothing in my life to complain about and it is the tape changing which has enabled the realisation of everything, therefore I cannot complain about anything
just been doing too many hours and really enjoyed having a few days off
all the best,

Milan,
During your midlife crisis, don't, whatever you do, go out and throw your money away on a Passat. You will not look cool, and it will do you no favours in the long term.
What? Eh? Oh."Experience hath shewn, that even under the best forms of government those entrusted with power have, in time, and by slow operations, perverted it into tyranny. "

A proper midlife crisis involves extremely sexy women half your age, viagra, a hair piece, a red sports car and new "trendy" clothes. Trust me.
