Hard to say. The tories have certainly become more voter-friendly, whatever anyone thinks about how they have done it.

But remember that governments lose elections, oppositions don't win them.

That usually means the economy, and as long as credit remains free and easy to plug the holes, and voters remain thick enough not to wonder where it is all going, Labour will trundle on.
