      How do the bonuses work in an IB? Is it a percentage of salary / once or twice a year or what?

      A friend of a friend got a 20k bonus, which seems very nice. I have no idea what salary he's on though.

                      2003, I was 25, £58k plus bonus usually around 10-15% plus pension and holidays.
