As LTDs that pay NICs / taxes do we get any medical covers at all ? Or do we have to enroll into private/paid schemes ?

It's called the NHS

However the service is not what it was, BUPA do a good scheme (think about £90 a month) that covers you for everything that you could imagine...

Looks more complicated than MS licensing.

Talk to Simon on Contractor money, he'll sort you out. Cover also provides for you and your family should there be a reason you cannot work.
