just got one for my camera. £102 for two bits of glass !!!!
Looking to get a tripod, any recommendations ? I can get carbon fibre ones from £150, but is it worth it....I want one which will give me the option of mounting the camera very low to the ground......

a water shot, accross some rocks / sand taking in the sea or lake with a sunset / rise in the background.

n5gooner - I've got just the thing for you. I bought this before going out to Tanzania, it's light (really light), compact (perfect for travelling), and solid enough for anything apart for photographing the stars.
