    They *allegedly* did it!

    Muppets.

Wonder how much of this trust fund they are going to waste fighting this. At the very least there is a lot more than meets the eye.

Maybe we will get a death bed confession from them.

They wont waste any money, think of it as an investment, when the court orders the papers to pay them compensation, they'll be rich

director of police has said publicly that the McCanns have never been viewed as suspects.
I'm not going to say what I think, but surely this is a flaw in the investigation? How can they have NEVER been viewed as suspects?

I thought that police never ruled anything out, particularly at the start of the investigation, so how can they have never suspected the parents?

Where's SallyAnne - we need her impartial views on a topic such as this one

(Also - where's Scotspine, just in case?)

And how come this legal challenege gets a higher billing on the BBC website than Rhys Jones's murder investigation????

When Rhys's parents gave their press conference their dignity and love moved me more in one minute than the McCann's have done in all of their TV appearances put together.

The McCanns are odd, cold fish.

              Religious nut cases me thinks.

I don't blame them - as long as they stay in the headlines people will keep looking out for the girl. And they are doing well - still got their own page on Sky News, below "UK news" but above "world news". Mind you, so's "Diana" now.
