Why take the risk of letting the client owe soooo much ? What would happen if the client went bust ?
Is it normal for people to invoice when they can be bothered ? I invoice weekly and would prefer the money in my account than the clients

I gave them a credit check, they seem to be in a ship shape situation

Agree. Better to get your money as soon as possible and hold on to it as long as possible.

got to admit going permie does arfect the bank balance but there must have been a good reason to go permie moose... i know i did.... i'm in for the long run.

Contracting definitely has a shelf life .... especially when you have a family ...
