What we can expect from Russia:

1) Russian use of "Islamic" terror against American cities. In the Cold War, Russian GRU already had several nuclear weapons placed in key American financial centres.

This will lead to the economic collapse of the United States and possibly large scale internal conflict, thus making the eventual takeover of America easier for Russia.

2) Russia's Spetsnaz targeted attacks on U.S. Government and most probably Washington to delay government response. Again the deceptive "Islamic" terror angle will be used to hide the main culprit.

3) A further, additional "Islamic" terror attack within Russia itself. Russia would not hesitate to murder their own civilians in order to make American leadership fully accept that Islamic extremism is the real culprit and Russia too has problems with Islamic terrorism. This has already been played out very successfully with 9/11 and Beslan / The apartment bombings of 1999, which were proven to have been organized by the FSB (See Blowing Up Russia by Alexander Litvinenko).

4) A direct ICBM attack by Russia and the entire SCO on the United States when they are at their weakest, after the coming worldwide economic collapse and domestic terror attacks involving nuclear and / or biological weapons.

Vladimir Hucin, formerly with Czech intelligence (BIS), made a curious statement in front of Petr Cibulka, the head of the Right Bloc (Pravy Blok) in response to a question about Atta: “I had information that Mohammed Atta was trained in the Zastavka terrorist training camp in 1988, by Czechoslovak Communists and STB.”

Cibulka was not surprised by Hucin’s claim regarding Atta. According to Cibulka, al Qaeda is the child of the Communist Bloc and its rogue state allies. “[Al Qaeda] is supplied and trained by Iraq,” said Cibulka in a 2003 interview. “But the real brains behind this global terrorist campaign against the free world … is in fact the Russian GRU. Moscow fights against the United States with a hidden hand.”

You are probably American , that explains your ignorance and arrogance. Russia has been an asshole arming terrorists but so has been the US. Hence , any article that focuses only on one of the parties is obviously biased.

The very simple rule is to see who benefits from a particular situation. Today this is the of the US military. The inside job on 9 / 11 has given the US the excuse the reach record levels (Cold-war level) expenditures on military. This inside job has excused the government to arm itself even more , hence strengthening its military and not weakening it , as what the article suggests Russia goal was.
