As mentioned by someone else, these scum do this kind of thing because they know they can get away with it.
What with police and the courts being urged to go gently on scum what do you expect?
You want to curb crime...then come down on crims like a ton of bricks (or cut their hands off! ).
Now, shall we debate the reintroduction of the death penalty?
