Just before the northern CUKers completely hijack this thread and get a chips and mushy peas night out organised on a drizzly night at Blackpool prom , I will briefly recap with those that have indicated an interest in a meet-up down south (central London again or Richmond).

Organising anything like this takes a lot of logistical effort. It can never be done with a few days notice.

How do you know the people who turn up are actually who they say they are?
If I turned up and announced I was AndyW or CD how would anyone know?
