Ah - the url is
feed://http//forums.contractoruk.com/external.php?type=RSS2&forumids=2

instead of
http://forums.contractoruk.com/exter...SS2&forumids=2

Methinks.

Exactly. Just change the number at the end for the forum you want to view. Using Firefox the browser picks up the presence of the feed and links to it as well.
