    Three steps to being a successful PM:-

    1) Practise inserting the following words/phrases into random sentences - solution, blue sky, big picture, customer oriented, quick win, stakeholder
    2) Learn to mangle an Excel spreadsheet by typing numbers directly over the formulae
    3) Learn to blame others when it all goes t!ts up

      Might I respectfully recommend that you check out "ProjectInABox"... The community version is free and is a good precursor for Prince 2 training.

      The Prince 2 course will teach you the principles and how to pass the exam. There is still no substitute for experience.

        Number 3 is useful
