C'mon, Nanny, we children need firm but fair and consistent boudaries so we can develop into mature roundede individuals.
I think discretion is an essential part of the mod's job. Some posts strictly contravene the T&Cs (including some of mine) but the context (both knowledge of the poster and the particular context of the thread) should decide if any ill intent is meant. The board would not be the same without some of the banter that goes on.
The reason for me starting this thread is that I object to the out-and-out racism that is being posted by some of the Neo-Nazi types who are posting on here with multiple aliases (or perhaps they are all Cassus Deli).
To be precise, I find the phrase "to spade a spade" obnoxious and disgusting in the extreme. CD used an alias to post this, insisted that he meant it, then backtracked.
If this forum tolerates this kind of disingenuous behaviour from posters, I would imagine that there might well be commercial implications.
      Hard Brexit now!

"unecesary banning of board favourite El Duder" - he had ***endless*** warnings, he knew the score, yet persisted with a post about his sexual doings with various women, including numerous references to terminology that could only be described as pornographic. to avoid him bringing the board into disrepute, i had no choice but to ban him.

You find it so disgusting that you have to keep repeating it ad nauseam!

          Grow up and move on.

                  What are your thoughts?
