Tests revealed the chap's IQ as 75, below average but evidently no impediment to leading a normal life.

I've worked with IT Contractors whose IQ was definitely below 75 and I was still amazed that they managed to get gigs.

I have worked with people in IT with IQ well below 75...I was amazed they could draw breath!!!!!

i chat with people on forums with IQ lower than 75...and i can't believe they use the keyboard themselves...
