Yes I can see what you are saying and if I had any confidence in it panning out that way I would be sitting pretty and planning my early retirement now but like I said for that to happen it would mean that 80% of the country would be doing the exact same thing... it doesn't add up.

I remember the same thing being said ten years ago,

it doesn't add up, these share prices don't add up these company valuations don't add up


I also remember there were those who made, and those who lost

as it happened more lost than made

some of those who made got out earlier and made less than those who got out a little later but they made

I remember the bloke who started Demon Internet being critiscised for getting out too early but looking back he made and well done to him, many stayed in and lost


the point I am trying to get to is,

for sure there will be a lot who lose,

but there will also be those who make and get out

and the moral of the story is control your greed and do not be ashamed of getting out earlier but successfully
