Originally posted by Charles Foster KaneI hold SC clearance myself and I can tell you that this entirely unprovoked attack on your completely innocent self, which resulted in the injustice of a deranged judge serving you the sentence of assault with intent may well affect your chances. But I suppose you'll have to deal with that if it happens, however being a martyr I'm sure you can take a philosophical approach to the whole unfortunate affair.
I have had SC clearance prior to the conviction - but it expired due to working on another government contract where it wasn't transferred as I only required BC (which did not pick up the conviction).
Please stop being so prim, and I duly appologise for calling you childish names.Comment

Originally posted by Charles Foster KaneYou're a complete and utter twat. I can tell from your filthy chav aggression, that you deserved that conviction and very likely instigated the whole assault. If you can't take comments on your criminal activities then bog off, I don't care about your pathetic little dilemma resulting from the fact you have the IQ of a satsuma, and the common sense of a steaming pile of excrement. Go and get some new tattoos done or something and stop wasting the time of the rest of us law abiding citizens you complete muncle.Comment

Thre are two tests that relate to you getting SC - are you honest and can you be blackmailed. They really don't care what you have done, as long as the punishment has been served and that you tell them about it.
So put it on the form in the secret envelope, and nobody will say a dicky about it. But if you say nothing, you won't get clearance and you may well get a visit from Special Branch....Blog? What blog...?Comment

Originally posted by geegleYes, I can really see a lot of 'Chav' people being involved in IT. In fact just this morning I necked a bottle of white cider before arriving to work in my pimped out Vauxhall Nova, smoked a couple of spliffs before I logged on and wrote a few VBA scripts.

To be honest, I am not surprised you get the reaction you did from that first post you made. It was a bit self righteous.Comment

What about BPSS though (Basic Clearance) - I know that I wouldnt want to employ someone with a conviction for assault regardless of the reasons - it makes me sound violent or something.Comment
