I've still got long hair - in fact it's probably longer now than when I left uni (in the 80's) - I have no intention on getting it cut. I work on theory that I expect to be engaged by clients for whats in my head and not what I look like.
A lot of clients actually seem to like it - maybe reminds them of the old days.
I wouldn't want to offer my services to somewhere where it was a problem anyway. Has no bearing on the quality of my services

Unfortunately it seems the 'other' category is a bit too broad, as at the time of typing this that category is leading the poll. Maybe you should have obtained a more exhaustive list of styles (I can see mohican and mullet are not there at a glance).Comment

My hair is spiked, though I do not believe it fits the trendy category.
Number 2 back and sides, cut into and spiked on top, sometimes blonde tipped.I am not qualified to give the above advice!
