            The chance of getting HIV/AIDS is almost impossible. It's not an easily communicated virus. If you are a man, even if you have unprotected sex with someone infected the chances are very small (possibly less than 0.1%) unless you engage in anal activities or have numerous sessions.

            Of course the authorities would have you believe one bang and you're dead, simply not true.

            Relax and pick up the soap with impunity, boy!

                      If I remember rightly, it's because there's more chance of exposure to blood (through tearing or piles) from that direction. Basically if the carrier gets access to your blood stream, that's where the risk lies.
