Hi, I'm new to this forum, after reading a few threads it looks to have some good advice on here. So I figured I'd post my situation to try and get some advice on what to do.
I've started freelancing about 2 months ago, and know that I have to register for self employed status very soon, on the other hand I've heard about the Ltd company route loads and am very interested in going that direction.
My major concerns are,
1. Should I be earning a certain amount before going the Ltd company route, since accountant fees would probably eat up a large chunk of my income. (I'm currently on a daily rate of 150 a day, however I only work around 3 days a week with one client and have the odd job with other clients here and there.)
2. IR35
3. If I go self employed how easy is i to switch to a Ltd company and vice versa.
4. What accountant should I go with if I take the Ltd company route?
I'm really confused, and I guess the major factor keeping me undecided is the possible benefit of saving money via the Ltd company route.
Any sort of help and direction would be greatly appreciated
Thanks
