oops, Clippy beat me to it, and apologies to "Buffoon" , it is quite unfair to Buffoons to equate them generally as I have done so with US Foreign Policy Makers, allow me to make amends and retract the word bufoon and instead use cretinous-obese-redneck-god-bothering-ignorant-insular-stupid-arrogant-homophobic-xenophobic--social-cripples.
seems old Bolton did a bolt at oxford Uni last Month, delightful stuff to watch the US Ambassador get bush-whacked by the law society.
