No, for 6 months you should stay ltd co to reduce admin burden. For longer period, go off-shore. Once you're visible to a foriegn tax authority they never let go. In fact many overseas contractors use ltd co or off-shore invoicing for years without problems. This is standard practice in Belgium. Agent wants his kick back from management co. Remember this - The tax man will only attack what he can see. Stay invisible - stay safe. As always DYOR
