I wanted to go onto their technical section and suggest that my PC may be under demonic control (pop-ups for sex-lines, tried every type of anti-malware etc.), but I think they busted me first.

Bl00dy multipin connector on the end of the lead has broken off.
Too fine to resolder so need to replace the lead.

Maybe the lord will provide?
