There are more companies now setting up in Scotland due to the benefits they get, whereas in England it is too expensive.
Scotland already puts more into it's education etc than England does.
And the remark about Scots and drunk, well, what can one expect from a nation that is quickly becoming the most unpopular in the world...Comment
