I find it amusing to hear people pour scorn on conspiracy theories when in fact we went to war on the basis of a (false) conspiracy thoery - that Iraq was in possesion on WMDs.
If you doubt that the Governments do get involved in conspiracies then I suggest you Google on Operation Northwood and Gulf of Tonkin for some rather interesting examples of what Governemnts can get up to ...Comment
