I am not saying they should not be allowed to reproduce - only that they should pay for it. We have plenty of poorly paid migrant workers to do the menial jobs anyway.

There is no question that if you can afford it go to the Portland, you can watch telly and sip a G & T whilst the missus is sprogging.
Let us not forget EU open doors immigration benefits IT contractors more than anyone

Moreover most consultants work both NHS and private, where private is just a way to jump to queue not a guarantee of a better service.

I hope and suspect you are joking
The court heard Darren Upton had written a letter to Judge Sally Cahill QC saying he wasn’t “a typical inmate of prison”.

But the judge said: “That simply demonstrates your arrogance continues. You are typical. Inmates of prison are people who are dishonest. You are a thoroughly dishonestly man motivated by your own selfish greed.”

sprogging - or dying while the doctors are on the golf course and no cover.

So my advice is to get the shunt in as soon as possible upon arrival and then choose to use it or not as the situation dictates.

Not in these cases, both said they wanted it from the start. Simply under staffed units.

Joking ? It is the next logical step. We need better value for money.

Most state industries are now privatised. Education is rapidly becoming privatised at least in the tertiary sector. Roads are to be privatised. The railways are privatised. Fuel is privatised. Water is privatised.

So why not health ? Why are people so obsessed with cross-subsidy in health provision ? You pay for your dentist, you pay for your heart bypass. No pay, no new teeth.

Paying the chavs to have children just encourages them to have more children, which means more social security and higher stealth taxes.

Is all private healthcare that bad or just BUPA? I assumed private healthcare include maternity care and you would have better access to doctors not worse.

There's no such thing as private healthcare when it comes to serious conditions you just get a nicer room and a choice of menu!
Science isn't about why, it's about why not. You ask: why is so much of our science dangerous? I say: why not marry safe science if you love it so much. In fact, why not invent a special safety door that won't hit you in the butt on the way out, because you are fired. - Cave Johnson
